How does online booking work?
Patients pick a time slot that fits your providers' working hours and service durations. Conflicts are prevented automatically. You can require confirmation, allow rescheduling/cancellation, and limit how far in advance patients can book.

How do I get started with Dentalflow?
Sign up, invite your team, and import basic clinic settings (services, providers, hours). You can start booking appointments immediately and add details over time.
Pricing & Billing
How is pricing calculated?
Plans are based on active providers and included features. You can switch plans any time. Billing is monthly or yearly (with a discount). Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Can I get invoices and receipts?
Yes. Download PDF invoices from your billing settings. Receipts are sent by email after each successful payment. You can add your clinic details and VAT number to appear on invoices.

How does Dentalflow keep my data secure?
We use encryption in transit and at rest, enforce strong authentication (with optional 2FA), and provide role‑based permissions. Regular backups and access logs help safeguard your data.
